We were seated right away, and then began the wait to be served. A table came, they got coffee, a 6 top arrived, they were greeted right away. We waited...and waited. Over 10 minutes went by! I could not get anyone's attention! Finally a server came over and said, "Sorry, I didn't know you were my table." then laughed. How could she not know? She had been walking all around our table while we sat there with no coffee and no help, she had  not been paying any attention to us! While we ordered the table that sat down after us recieved their food! Only the hunger in my stomach kept me there, finally I was going to eat at Butterfields, I had been looking forward to it! The menu flaunted omlettes made from 'real' eggs, my omlette tasted like the pre-made manufactured eggs you get from Dunkin Donuts. It was pure yellow and in no way came into existance because a cook sat in the back kitchen mixing the eggs in a bowl, more like eggs from a bag! The hash browns tasted bland and flavorless, well except for the bites that tasted like I was licking a salt block (I do not use salt) Then the pancake, hopefully the one saving grace, was dry and horrible! I'd rather eat my own shoe, then attempt to go here again. I tell everyone of my disapointment in Butterfields, I seriously do not know how they are still in buisness with service and food like that, or why people think it is good!
